Overview of the Role

dealgobbler.com is a recently launched company, we're small but we've got big ideas.  We are a proactive team that use the power of group buying to generate small and large businesses an unprecedented amount of new customers and sales over a short period of time. The Group buying concept is a new idea to merchants in the Middle East, and therefore requires detailed explanations. With upwards of 30 merchants featuring every month, the applicant must be able to close deals fast whilst still being consultative in their approach. A dealgobbler.com feature can result in thousands of sales for a single merchant which means attention to detail is a must. The applicant must take ownership and responsibility for making sure every feature runs without a fault.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify new businesses and activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers through an average of 20-30 outbound calls per day
• Present dealgobbler.com as a unique opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers
• Achieve and over exceed on weekly and monthly sales targets
• Proactively seek out new opportunities through new as well as contacts
• Understand Group buying business model, know key KPIs and be able to apply an intelligent sales pitch in order to onboard deals of high quality

The Candidate

• Demonstrated knowledge in analyzing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals
• Strong problem solving skills and proven track record of defining and executing key analyses with minimal supervision
• You'll bring an above average analytical acumen coupled with market place knowledge and a high level of sales savvy to the role
• Understand the value of customer acquisition and the lifetime value of a customer
• Network of contacts in the relevant sector is also preferable
• Self motivated, striving towards over achievement
• Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential
• Preferably with car and UAE driving license
