Getting involved is easy.  The first step is to open an account and subscribe for daily email alerts.  That way, you'll never miss the deals on your doorstep. You can also invite your friends through Facebook & Twitter. In fact, you will receive 30 Dhs credit in your account for every friend that purchases! dealgobbler.com is fun to use with friends and family, so spread the word.

I like today's deal - how do I get it?

Go to the today's deal and click "BUY" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you an email containing your booking details and confirmation number. If not enough people join, no one gets the deal (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal! Check the homepage to see if the 'deal is on'.

What happens if the deal doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?

If not enough people sign up, then the deal is canceled and you won't be charged. In order for the deal to go ahead it must 'tip', achieve a minimum number of sales.  So if you really want the deal, be sure to share with your friends… alternatively purchase as a gift and tell them they owe you the money!

Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?

No. Deals have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. Check the terms & conditions for the expiration date.  Once this date has passed the deal is no longer valid and can't be redeemed.

I bought a deal from dealgobbler.com - how do I use it?

Once the deal tips and you're charged, you'll receive a confirmation email.  If you've chosen 'cash on delivery' you will receive a call from our courier within three working days. The confirmation email has redemption instructions and a map right on it… follow these instructions to redeem your deal.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that dealgobblr.com can be gifted, and unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away! To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout page or click on the 'buy it for a friend' on the homepage.

If I don't use the full value of the deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend - share the love and make sure you read the terms & conditions for the deal.

Can I combine my deal with other offers or specials?

No... not unless dealgobbler.com specifically states otherwise.  Generally, deals are on valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Am I billed as soon as I 'buy' the deal?

No - you are only charged if the deal reaches the required minimum of purchases.

Unfortunately, for now we have dissabled the Refer-A-Friend feature. We plan to bring it back in the future. You can still use the credit you have collected from your old refers or from any links you have already given.

How do l access my old referrals?

It's easy. Login to your account. When in your account click on 'referred friends' in the right navigation.  You can see the old links that were refered by you.

I received referral codes from three people - do they all get rewarded?

No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. Which friend do you like best?!
